For our client, a leading company in the food industry with a strong presence across the EMEA region, we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Management.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).
• Experience in SSC organizations (3+ years).
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling (3+ years).
• Experience in Finance/HR related projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
