Our client is international, well-recognized brand which is currently significantly growing and expanding their structures. We are looking for Recruitment Professionals who will join newly created Talent Acquisition department and will set up the processes in the new SSC.
Your new role:
- Coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process from design, development and execution of sourcing strategies, initial briefing with hiring managers and suggesting attraction strategies for EMEA markets.
- Proactively meeting / engaging with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine current and future requirements and develop an effective talent pipeline of candidates
- Ensuring data integrity is maintained at all times, providing market mapping & reporting if needed
- Advising the business on recruitment best practice and market updates
- Grow the social community footprint through digital promotions
What you need to succeed:
- Previous experience in recruitment area – we have roles on different seniority level
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and sourcing strategies
- Fluency in English, any additional language would be an advantage
- Communicativeness and openness to new challenges
- Accuracy in performing the tasks performed, good time management skills
