For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Resource Support / 4kPersonal Assistant

  • Location: Warsaw
  • Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
  • Length: long-term cooperation
  • Rate: 70zł PLN/h net on B2B
  • Start date: ASAP, 1 month
  • Remote work: currently – 100% remote,
Tech stack:
Excel, MS Office, Google Tools.

What will you do:
  • Administrative tasks
  • Managing contractors issues and clouds in Omnimat on Managers behalf.
  • End 2 end management and responsibility for contractors / clouds orders.
  • Comming or leaving contractors management (IT equipment, entry cards)
  • Contact with vendors (clarifying irregularities, accessing information for onboarding etc.)
  • Cloud/Contractors' documentation support
  • Contractors' training
  • Archiving documents, creating financial orders
  • Proactive approach in changes planned and implemented into sourcing processes.
  • Partnering Vendors on behalf of managers on individual cases related to individual Contractors.
  • Other tasks reported by TM/STM or DM, managing the service.

What we expect from you:
  • +2 years of experience as a personal assistant or department assistant
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Higher education
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office, Google Tools, EXCEL – e.g., pivot tables) and familiarity with office equipment (scanner, fax, printer)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Communication skills
  • Independence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Diplomacy
What would be a plus:
  • Good knowledge of Spanish language.
