Your new company

For our client HOLMEN Sp. z o.o. we are looking for a Sales Executive (Poland&EE).

Your new role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for corrugated sales to the sector (B2B) for packaging manufacturers in Poland and other EE countries. The newly recruited person will be responsible on a day-to-day basis for managing and developing volume and revenue for a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring agreed targets, strategic, tactical and operational forecasting of invoices for an assigned group of customers, defining and executing a specific offer for each customer based on agreed targets, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (account management), identifying and acquiring new business opportunities supply chain management, ad hoc market analysis, prioritizing own customer portfolio, within an agreed framework.

What you'll need to succeed in

For this position we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in sales of containerboard to the B2B sector (processors) and packaging. You have University degree in business, engineering or equivalent. As a person you are determined, likes to pursue goals, takes responsibility for your tasks, and remains motivated and productive in the face of setbacks and disappointments. You should have highly developed interpersonal skills, be strongly customer oriented, very well organized, and communicative. The Sales Executive will be working in an international environment; therefore, we are looking for a candidate with fluent English (is a must).
