For our client we are currently looking for a person for the position of Inside Sales Manager for Scandinavian Market.
Your responsibilities:
Developing business within Swedish and Finnish Ensure growth on Swedish and Finnish markets
Maintain and establish relations with new an key clients
Ensure quality through the sales process and aftermarket sales process
Accountable for reaching the sales results defined by the Leaders
Being an expert of products from Company offer
Attend trade shows and similar events
Taking over additional tasks in related or other projects (when necessary)
Reporting via CRM system
Desired/additional skills and experiences:
Min. 5 years of experience from sales (ideal within the chemical industry - coating)
Degree in chemistry, economy or similar
Proven experience in business development
Excellent communications and negotiations skills in Swedish, English (possibly Finnish)
Experience in contract negotiation
