Salesforce, Lightning, Team Lead

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant who would like to join Global IT HUB in Katowice

Your new role

As part of our L2O Sales Channels & Installation team you will advise our stakeholders in harmonisation, design and continuously improvement of our group-wide acquisition processes in Salesforce.
Furthermore, you will implement the solutions in Salesforce, as part of an agile team, following given guidelines and development standards .


  • Design solutions together with the team and our product owners.
  • Implement user stories in Salesforce Classic and Lightning, by using platform tools, like :
  • workflows
  • process builder
  • flows
  • validation rules
  • layouts
  • custom settings
  • mobile administration
  • dashboards
  • reports
  • Support data management to improve data quality .
  • Write and update platform documentation .
  • Conduct stakeholder trainings and demos .
  • Contribute to a self- organising, autonomous, agile team and participate Scrum events .
  • Continuously develop your professional, IT-technical and personal skills .


What you need to be successful?

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or computer science or a comparable qualification and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a consulting environment .
  • You have solid knowledge in the implementation of complex sales and marketing processes within Salesforce.com with corresponding certifications (focus on cash reimbursements and offer processes ) .
  • You have experience with Lightning, Lightning Components and know the Salesforce functionalities of the latest releases .
  • You have an agile mindset and have experience with Scrum .
  • You are business fluent in English .
