For our client, an international company located in Prague, Czechia, we are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Lead to coordinate a team of two people and manage, optimize, and continuously improve the existing SAP SuccessFactors system.
Your new role
You will act as the key liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders, translating business needs into effective digital HR solutions. This role combines strategic system ownership with hands‑on project delivery and operational responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary owner of SuccessFactors and all connected HR systems.
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to HR and business leaders regarding HR technology direction and future roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team.
- Establish and uphold governance standards for HR systems to ensure alignment, compliance, and high-quality execution.
- Oversee system configuration, data models, workflows, and access permissions to ensure they meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Administer system releases, upgrades, and change requests, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Convert business needs into system solutions and manage the full lifecycle of enhancements, module deployments, and system integrations.
- Coordinate project timelines, testing cycles, and go‑live preparation in close partnership with IT teams and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual steps, and enhance the overall user experience.
- Supervise the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytics across SuccessFactors reporting tools, Power BI, and Excel.
- Support HR and business leaders with data insights to strengthen evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Play a key role in shaping the HR digital strategy and roadmap together with HR leadership.
- Promote process harmonization and standardization across regions, countries, and functions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing end‑to‑end HRIS solutions, with significant focus on SAP SuccessFactors in a global or multi‑country environment, including leading related teams.
- Experience with one or more modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Compensation and/or Talent Management.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, and system architecture.
- Strong project leadership skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence key decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
