Your new company
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master, who will join our client's Global IT & Data Site in Katowice. This person will support 2 Software Development teams: Backend and Frontend. The work model will be hybrid.

Your new role

• You will establish a high-performing, cross-functional team based on trust and engagement in skill, mindset and size

• To support the self-organized agile software development team, you will facilitate all Scrum events and ensure that they are positive, productive and kept within their timeframe

• In addition, you will drive continuous improvement and data driven learning in your team

• You consult to and collaborate with the Product Owners, bring together the needed business areas and facilitate and moderate the process to build up a productive collaboration

• Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in your area you will drive continuous improvement on organizational level, too

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional experience in a similar role

• You are experienced in executing agile methodologies/frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban

• You are always interested in learning and developing beyond your usual areas of expertise

• You have a high degree of independence, empathy and communication skills

• You have a basic knowledge about software development and like to talk to developers in their own language

• You speak fluent English (German basics is an advantage)
