For our client, a global advisory and professional services organization operating in the areas of risk, insurance, HR and finance, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior Business Analyst (Commercial Insurance – Claims).

Responsibilities:
- Support the global rollout of a new, integrated claims management platform for commercial insurance.
- Lead requirements analysis for a global claims platform, including migration from an existing claim tracking solution.
- Run workshops and interviews with business and IT stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Produce high‑quality Business Analysis deliverables:
- Business and functional requirements
- Use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
- As‑Is and To‑Be process flows and user journeys
- Analyze and reconcile complex, multi‑country requirements, distinguishing between truly local needs and those that can be standardized globally.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects and delivery teams.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization and UAT with clear, testable requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex, multi stakeholder projects.
- Strong background in claims management within commercial insurance, including claims payments and multi‑country processes.
- Proven track record on claims system implementation or replacement projects, ideally with international scope.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and Polish.
- Proficient with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio or similar BA and collaboration tools.
- Self driven, structured and comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.
- Based in the Netherlands or Poland.
