For our client, big, multinational manufacturing company, we are currently looking for: Financial and Tax Reporting Specialist

• Cooperate in preparation of an accurate and timely financial and direct tax reports, including IFRS Group reporting, statutory financial statements, and statistical reports in collaboration with external advisors.
• Analyze and assess the quality of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and direct tax reporting.
• Approve and process recurring and non-recurring journal entries
• Ensure compliance with Corporate requirements, local GAAP accounting, and direct tax regulations. Stay informed about current and new legislation and implement necessary changes.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly during month-end closing (MEC) to meet deadlines.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, cooperating with auditors on annual audits and tax returns.
• Support other team members in day-to-day processes and assist the manager with current priorities.
• Contribute to General Ledger process improvements, including Robotic Process Automation.
• Drive standardization and harmonization initiatives.

• Experience in corporate full general ledger accounting or management accounting, with expertise in financial report preparation and direct tax reporting.
• Experience in management/statutory financial report preparation within a multinational company or Shared Service Centre.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/polish GAAPs accounting and taxation.
• Practical experience with SAP or other integrated software, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• Previous exposure to SSC/BPO environments.
• Familiarity with consolidation reporting systems (HFM/Oracle) and proficiency in BI tools.
• Very good written and spoken English at a business level.
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
