Supplier Risk and Onboarding Analyst

Purpose of the role
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the database is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable for decision-making and operational efficiency. You will interact with internal and external customers to resolve issues identified during the process. You will also be responsible for proactively ensuring compliance and efficiency in the VMD area as well as managing the Vendor Master Data process and ensuring timely processing of ServiceNow requests to set up, change, or inactive the Vendor Data records according to the SOP
Contributing to team success by actively participating as a committed member of a team and working with other team members to help complete goals and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and correcting inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and errors in the database based on the weekly/bi-weekly reporting upon request received from the Project Coordinator (e.g., elimination of duplicates, standard text formats, retirement)
  • Ensuring that data follows predefined formats and standards
  • Review received documentation from vendors and change existing vendors in Oracle according to the SOPs
  • Interact (verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients daily to resolve issues identified during the process
  • Tracking cleanup progress and documenting changes for audit and quality assurance.
  • Provide helpdesk support for assigned markets in a timely and professional manner.


Skills and experience
  • Fluency in English mandatory, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese would be an additional value
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, must be able to spot typos and correct inaccurate data entry
  • Strong communications skills in both, writing and speaking
  • Strong time management
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and quickly develop an understanding of policies, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to quickly learn new operating systems
  • Ability to work according to scheduled deadlines
  • Motivated a 'can-do' attitude
  • Results-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related working experience
  • Minimum 2-years work experience
