FOR OUR CLIENT - LEADER IN INVESTMENT BANKING

The Global Client Activation team, part of our Enterprise Operations Utilities group, is responsible for opening and amending accounts and markets for all our Client's stakeholders and investment managers across EMEA, APAC and in the US. Global Account Opening Team within Client Activation in Wroclaw is responsible for clients’ account opening and maintenance. Team is responsible for oversight of all outstanding items to ensure activity is completed in accordance to service level agreements.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • manage a team of up to 12 people, be responsible for hiring, development and performance management within the team,
  • prioritize tasks and workload within the team, maintain oversight of all outstanding items to ensure activity is completed in accordance with service level agreements,
  • ensure team metrics (KPIs) are sustained and reported to stakeholders accordingly and take corrective actions if quality or service issues arise,
  • demonstrate understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework to ensure ongoing adherence,
  • build knowledge of all areas of Client's products, services and global markets in order to oversee enrichment of client instructions accurately

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • graduate degree, Finance or Economics preferable but not mandatory,
  • 3 years’ of proven work experience in a financial organization, previous experience in account openings/amendments process would be advantage,
  • 1-2 years of people management experience,
  • written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English,
  • ability to manage work to tight deadlines with precision and good attention to detail,
  • understanding the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
