For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Technical Writer

Location: Warsaw
Remote/ hybrid
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: up to 120 PLN/h net on B2B

What you will be doing:

  • Perform the final editing of user manuals and technical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and clarity.
  • Write specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation.
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters.
  • Provide standards to document the structure, layout, and style of the technical documentation, and provide guidance to other team members.
  • Prepare and provide presentations in English about the project.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver technical trainings in English, prepare training documents and materials.
  • Maintain the documentation baseline and the document repository.


What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in studies conducted in English, complemented with technical experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and/or editing technical and user documentation in English.
  • Native-level command of English, thorough knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts.
  • Proven experience preparing and conducting presentations and training materials in English
