Technical Service Representative with Italian/ German/ Spanish/ Dutch

We are currently looking for Technical Service Representative/ Customer Service Specialist’ position for our Client- global leading supplier of smart energy solutions.

Working on this position you will be responsible for supporting customers and contractors by answering inbound calls cases, chats and e- mails in the following queues: optimizer, inverter, communication troubleshooting for onsite/ offsite customers; complete company’s PV system troubleshooting for onsite/ offsite customers. The scope of responsibilities includes providing support in the troubleshooting and diagnosis of grid tie solar system issues encountered in the installation and start up products by using general knowledge, product schematics, data stored in knowledgebase and other sources of information available. You will be also responsible for providing updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives and proper data in documents, ticketing system. During the first months you will have an amazing opportunity to take part and fulfill all training activities required for the job, including e- learning online training and hands- on.

We are looking for Candidates with ideally two years of experience in professional customer service and technical helpline or remote support. Electrotechnics, electronics, energy or renewable energy education will be an asset. Same like experience with solar electric products or similar. Advanced Italian/ german/ spanish dutch and communicative English are a must. Ideal candidate should be a communicative person, able to multitask in a very fast- paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish working relationships with customers, peers and managers. To be effective working on this position you should also have general understanding of Microsoft Office products and utilize them efficiently while on the phone with a caller.
