For our Client, international manufacturing company located in Poznan, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative with English.
Key responsibilities:
- To bring value to our Customers and to Company by supplying a quality product and service in a timely and cost-effective manner safely,
- Manage existing accounts and establish the relationship,
- Develop and strengthen contact with new customers,
- Accept customer orders and perform timely and accurate order entry into SAP system following the actual processes, also to check if all conditions are in line with sales agreement
- Respond to customers inquiries within agreed timescales,
- Responsible for the Customer Data in SAP,
- Act as liaison between Customer, Sales, Order Fulfillment and Production,
- Receiving and logging customer complaints,
- Process credit/debit notes
- Coordinate return of goods from customers or local warehouses
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level (min. B2)
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in Manufacturing
- Experience with export specifics (intercompany) would be an additional advantage
- Experience in using SAP would be an asset
