Your next position
As a Cash Equities Business Analyst, your mission will be to transcribe the functional & user requirements into technical specifications and its development/parametrization, certification, and eventual productive release.
We need somebody like you to help us on:
- Be the technical technology lead in the squad and partner with other IT teams in Madrid
- Coordinate the developments (projects) and fixes, patches (BAU) of actual BackOffice Platform of Cash Equities, running through all phases, analysis, development, testing and deploy into production following agile methodology.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of Cash Equities MO-BO flows:
  • clearing
  • settlement
  • regulatory reporting
• Working experience with SWIFT protocol for communication with entities for clearing&settlement
• Working experience with Clearing houses interfaces, EuroCCP, BME Clearing, etc…
• Especially valued knowledge and experience of spanish clearing house interface (BME Clearing)
• Working experience with confirmation allocation to clients through FIX, Omgeo CTM
• Experience on Agile methodology, KANBAN or SCRUM, using JIRA & Confluence
• User-Client relationship, proven experience
• Team management skills

SOFT SKILLS

• Working experience, more than 5 years of experience
• Good analytical skills
• High level of proactivity and anticipation.
• Orientation to results.
• Used to work under pressure.
• Technical knowledge of java applications deployed in IBM Websphere environment (WAS),
• Knowledge of SQL (DB2-UDB database), skills to analyze, optimize SQL sentences, views, stored-procedures
