We're looking for a motivated German speaker to join our team!
Federal Express Corporation (FedEx Express) is the world's largest express transportation company. FedEx Express's global transportation network ensures fast, reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments around the world.
We're looking for a motivated German speaker to join our team!As a Clearance Broker, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing documents related to logistics and transport
- Verifying and entering data into the system
- Providing professional customer service in the German language
- Calculation of customs and transport fees
You will be working mostly from Monday to Friday (one working Saturday after the training period in a month).
A hybrid working model (2/3 days a week from the office) will be possible after the first 3 months of work.
Perfect candidate: - Speaks German (min. B2) and English (min. B1) fluently
- Has excellent communication and analytical skills
- Wants to develop in an international company
