Customer Advisor – English Speaking Clients
Advanced English speakers wanted!
For one of our Clients, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates to join Customer Advisors team.
Your duties will include taking care of company’s English speaking clients via phone and email, answering their queries about company products and services, resolving their problems. You will be also cooperating with other departments.
We are looking with candidates with fluent English and willingness to work with other people. Previous experience in customer service is not required, but will be a plus.
Our Client offers a contract of employment, full induction trainings, benefits such as Multisport card and private health care.
