For our client, one of the most fast-growing company from airline industry, we are looking for Customer Contact Team Lead with German.

Responsibilities:
  • managing team due to provide an excellent service;
  • building relationship with co-workers, managers, business partners;
  • preparing reports;
  • supporting teamwork;
  • conducting performance evaluations of team members;
  • ensuring proper administration of employee documents.

Requirements:
  • an experience in customer service area;
  • an excellent command of written and spoken English and German (B2/C1);
  • an excellent interpersonal and people management skills;
  • strong negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • ability to manage, train and motivate staff;
  • willing to work on shifts.
