Customer Service Specialist with German (order management)

For one of our Client - a global Company creating a sustainable and safe future for everyone, we are looking for candidates to Customer Service department to work in order management area.
In your job you will be responsible for managing Customers' orders in SAP, handling their complaints and returns as well as cooperating on a daily basis with production, logistics and supply-chain area.
To be successful candidate you have to be fluent in English and German, have your first experience in customer service - ideally from supply chain/production/logistics area as well as be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Our client offers package of benefits (MultiSport, LuxMed), annual bonus plan, hybrid work (office is located in Kraków).
