For our Client, a global biopharma company located in Poznań, we are currently searching for an experienced Candidate, who will join its structure at the position of Customer Services Process Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the business with specialist expertise and knowledge of the process and systems
- Take care of Global ERP (SAP) template from Customer Services process perspective
- Support user-training, capability-build and process-adoption gaps
- Prepare business cases for planned or proposed changes
- Conduct routine assessment of business process performance, to optimise or re-engineer processes as needed
Requirements:
- Degree qualified or with significant relevant experience
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- Expertise in Customer Services process within Supply Chain organisation
- Experience in working cross-functionally
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects is a plus
- Proficiency in English
