Customer Support Team Leader with German

For our Client, international software company, we’re looking for the Candidates for the Customer Technical Support Team Leader with German role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team management
  • Development of a training program and coaching the team to achieve high performance
  • Establish, monitor and develop performance standards to meet service goals
  • Development and implementation of procedures to improve the efficiency of the customer support department
  • Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Action as a major escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide cross-functional feedback regarding impacts of product defects, system stability, feature functionality, product usage trends, and overall satisfaction
  • Provide feedback across the Delivery Engine to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on status and/or changes
  • Management, review, negotiate, and approve contracts
  • Establish new channels for customer contact including chat, forums, and social media

Requirements:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in team management
  • Previous experience managing remote teammates in multiple geographies
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Working understanding of Knowledge Centred Support

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with acquisition integrations
  • Experience managing Software Support teams
  • Experience working in a PE-backed environment
