Our client is a global company, providing financial services in over 50 countries. Currently we are looking for Data Management Lead. The work model is hybrid: once in a week you will work from Krakow or Wroclaw office, depending on your preference. The company offers employment contract (umowa o pracę).

Your new role

Main responsibilities:
• be a point of contact and accountable for data management activities assigned to the local team
• engage Data Owners and SMEs to onboard Key Data Elements to the Data Governance Platform
• create and maintain various data assets in the Enterprise Data Governance tool
• ensure the metadata and asset relationships are documented in the Data Governance Platform
• profile and analyze data to develop insights
• drive data quality monitoring and exceptions remediation process
• manage team members on location to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, team has proper training and tools necessary to perform
• communicate the importance of managing data as an asset in all aspects of the role

Your team

You’ll be working in the Chief Data Officer Office that leads implementation of the Data Management Policy and Framework at Wealth Management Americas. Our mission is to enable better analytics, reporting and business decisions. You will be working with SMEs across business functions to ensure critical data is managed according to the Data Management Framework standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• solid understanding of Data Governance as a data discipline and the theory behind it
• strong knowledge of Data Quality and Data Management practices
• direct involvement in the implementation of Data Governance programs within financial services
• experience in active use and administration of Data Governance Tool
• project management experience
• 7-10 years of experience in the data industry with 5+ years towards delivering Data Governance initiatives at large multi-business unit organizations
