For our Client, one of the SSC located near Cracow city center we are currently looking for General Ledger Accountant.

You will be responsible for:
  • Prepare and post journal entries (allocations, provisions, accruals, reclassifications etc.)
  • Perform month-end and year-end closure activities
  • Reconcile intercompany balances
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliation including cash transactions reconciliation
  • Analyse P&L accounts (mainly OPEX)
  • Analyse, maintain and report fixed assets
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Responde to queries, identify and solve common cross-process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues
  • Building strong relationship with key stakeholders

We are looking for:
  • Strong accounting background and deep understanding of RTR processes
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing RTR teams
  • Previous experience in a Shared Services Company/BPO is a plus
  • Well-developed management and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Fluency in English
