Helpdesk 1 line support

For our client we are looking for IT Support / Helpdesk (1 line).

Your responsibilities
  • Answering questions about service requests or malfunctions by phone, email and ticket system, analysis and troubleshooting
  • Prioritization and classification of requests in the ticket system
  • User management
  • Forwarding of incidents or service requests to the responsible departments
  • Extension and maintenance of the IT documentation and knowledge database
  • Determination of training needs, organization and implementation of training courses
  • Active participation in current IT projects


Our requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge and confident handling of MS operating systems, MS Office and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and communication technology (notebook, PC, smartphone, printing systems, VOIP telephony, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of VMware, Citrix XenServers and network technology
  • Goal-oriented work in a dynamic, innovative work environment
  • Service orientation and good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of both written and spoken English
