Your new company

For our Client, an international company from HVAC industry, we are currently searching for experienced Candidate, who will join its structure at the position of IT System Project Lead dedicated to greenfield project, new production plant which will be located in Dobromierz (area of Wałbrzych). You will have up to 2 years of onboarding, know-how transfer in our existing IT network, support in running projects and activities and prepare yourself for your future role in the new location.

Your new role

• Responsibility for the local coordination of all IT related project tasks considering maturity, quality and time

• Organize and lead workshops (fit/gap analysis) as part of the IT project

• Organize, execute and develop required trainings for all local stakeholders

• Act as interface between the local IT project and central development Teams. Ensure involvement of the central expert teams within the central functions

• Implement all IT processes for the MEE Project (system setup, system test, training, go-live, stabilisation)

• Ensure technical support to productive areas, problem-solving and elaboration of documentation to support standardization

• Execution of continuous improvement activities for all IT related processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Education: university degree in Industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or comparable

• Personality: capable of working in a team, flexible and enjoying new challenges

• Working method: very good communication and documentation skills

• Experience and know-how: comprehensive process know-how in operations (i.e. logistics, manufacturing and/or quality management), very good application knowledge in the area of SAP S4, several years of experience in the execution of project management methods, experience in project implementations, experience in training/testing execution

• Mobility: Willingness to travel (20-30 % expected)

• Languages: Excellent English and Polish skills both written and spoken, German is an advantage
