The Position:

Our Client is an international manufacturing company from industry sector, with a stable position on the Polish and European market. Due to planned investments and intensive growth in the upcoming months, we are currently searching for a Plant Manager who will join the Company. The Company is located in Łódzkie voivodeship.

Responsibilities:

As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for all operations activities and financial performance of the factory. For the upcoming year, the main goals are building and strengthening the local plant team, increase capacity output through continuous improvement projects, improve and prepare the site for further expansion. Your responsibilities will be to implement the year plan and budget for the plant, to ensure the entire site complies with the Company’s standards and goals. You will also very closely collaborate with an international headquarter.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing factories and manufacturing operations in an international environment. You need to have a deep understanding of production, supply chain, maintenance and quality functions. The candidate should have experience with P&L responsibility and need to demonstrate ability to develop plant business plans, measures and objectives based on overall corporate goals and directives. Candidate need to have strong managerial skills, speak English fluently and have the potential to step up and develop within the Company in the upcoming years. Experience gained in companies in the field of steel construction, metalworking or in companies with a welding profile is welcome.
