For our Client from retail area, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative
to join a new team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, outstanding communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business development and growing existing accounts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of lead generation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Fluency in English - good command of German will be a plus.
