On this position you will be responsible for Group & Statutory Accounting duties. Apply accounting principles and procedures to prepare accurate and timely financial reports, journal entries and account reconciliations, and process transaction. You will be responsible for sub region/country, working independently. Building proper business relation, oriented around solution with Stakeholders would be essential for success.

What will you be doing?

  • Perform General Ledger activities like monthly journal entries to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs
  • Process transactions in SAP (asset acquisitions, disposals and transfers, manual debit/credit notes, etc.)
  • Execute and document account reconciliations in line with general and country-specific needs
  • Conduct timely communication upon the inquires form internal and external customers/concerned groups, for the operational transparency on the transactional activities
  • Participate in the implementations of quality and continues improvement projects (Lean Event) and be active in driving daily huddle meetings
  • Compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on adult activities (incl. TAX)
  • Execute knowledge transfers and work shadowing sessions in countries
What we are looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in general accounting (especially in a corporation)
  • Audit experience and International Financial Reporting Standards Foundations (IFRS)
  • Experience in interface management (Corporate, Region, Local and between SSC-local finance-other stakeholders)
  • 2 years SAP Module FI including new GL (possibly CO) knowledge
  • Willingness to take on new opportunities as they arise and to make current processes and procedures more efficient and effective
  • Customer- centric mindset, proactivity, orientation on solving problems
  • Language Skills:

-English B2 level required - Working with customers:
-German B2 level required
