Support Engineer/ Marketing Analyst

For our client, a leading international logistics and transportation company, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Support Engineer (Marketing Analyst).
In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth data transfer process, identify and resolve failures, and provide direct support to customers during the transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily data transfers
  • Validate data consistency and manually correct missing records
  • Identify transfer errors, investigate root causes, and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with the Development and Quality Service teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Communicate with the Customer Care team when additional support is required
  • Assist customers in understanding the transition process and resolving concerns
  • Conduct manual migrations when automated transfers are insufficient

Required Skills:
  • Fluent English for direct client interaction
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Creative problem-solving approach
  • Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL queries, and scripting
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Familiarity with incident management platforms
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Agile/Safe methodology experience
