Talent Acquisition Partner

For one of our clients, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with very good German skills to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, and a passion for finding and engaging top talent. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the German labor market and leverage this knowledge to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Your skills and experience. As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about talent acquisition
