Business Controlling Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Controlling Analyst who will join our client – a well-known company based in Poznań.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate marketing investments to enhance efficiency by identifying, measuring, and managing opportunities for savings and growth
  • Assess the effectiveness of the product range and provide suggestions for future product portfolio
  • Assist in the strategic assessment of business opportunities from a financial perspective
  • Aid in the decision-making process by preparing and analyzing pertinent information
  • Maintain financial stability through accurate and timely reporting of P&L
  • Develop contemporary planning and reporting tools to facilitate processes
  • Perform internal audit duties to assess internal process risks and suggest remedial actions.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics/Finance or related.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Controlling, Consulting, or Business Analytics
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Expertise in Excel
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office and Business Intelligence tools, such as MS Power BI
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with SAP (FI, CO)
  • Experience in big data analytics is seen as an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of hierarchy and various target groups
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural, and cross-functional setting
