• Act as the first point of contact for the finance-related matters within Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations and other finance stakeholders.
• Conduct financial and operational analyses to enhance plant efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate financial analyses prepared by the team.
• Oversee day-to-day financial management operations to support the business.
• Implement and refine finance and accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop a team – talent management, performance evaluation and others.
• Utilise a comprehensive understanding of accounting, cost control and financial analysis practices – good practices to guide direct reports.

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, controlling or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
• Previous, relevant experience and extensive knowledge in controlling, managerial and finance accounting
• Fluency in English.
• People management experience – preferred qualification.
