Client Support Specialist

Location: Kraków | Contract Type: Full-time (temporary contract – 2 years)

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our team in Kraków.

We're searching for candidates who are fluent in one of the following language combinations:
  • English and French
  • English and Italian
  • English and German
Your responsibilities:
  • Providing support to customers with account-related issues (user IDs, access rights, manual setups)
  • Troubleshooting technical problems in collaboration with customer care, technology, and sales teams
  • Applying manual fixes after data transfers when needed
  • Communicating with clients and international teams, giving clear updates via email or phone once issues are resolved
  • Explaining technical information in simple, customer-friendly language
  • Preparing concise reports or updates for internal teams and clients
Required skills:
  • Fluency in English and French, English and Italian, or English and German (min. B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
  • Willingness to understand how JSON files, SQL queries and databases work
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
