We are looking for a Client Support Specialist with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our team in Kraków.
We're searching for candidates who are fluent in one of the following language combinations:
English and French
English and Italian
English and German
Your responsibilities:
Providing support to customers with account-related issues (user IDs, access rights, manual setups)
Troubleshooting technical problems in collaboration with customer care, technology, and sales teams
Applying manual fixes after data transfers when needed
Communicating with clients and international teams, giving clear updates via email or phone once issues are resolved
Explaining technical information in simple, customer-friendly language
Preparing concise reports or updates for internal teams and clients
Required skills:
Fluency in English and French, English and Italian, or English and German (min. B2)
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
Willingness to understand how JSON files, SQL queries and databases work
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
