As a Data Engineer, you will help develop and improve the network cloud platform using the latest AWS technologies. Working as part of an agile team across multiple locations, you’ll deploy and manage Python-based microservices. You’ll automate platform operations using DevOps tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions, and follow Agile/Scrum practices with a focus on continuous delivery. You’ll build and maintain delivery pipelines, ensure systems are healthy and observable 24/7, and bring a structured, transparent, and collaborative approach to simplifying complex challenges.

We are looking for a person open to work in hybrid model: 2 days per week from the office in Wrocław. The person will be hired via B2B contract.

You’ll support the team in designing and deploying services in AWS cloud environments, while collaborating closely with backend and frontend teams to shape interfaces. You’ll help define data storage and maintenance protocols, and act as a backup for the system architect in making architectural decisions. Your role will also involve working with DevOps, CloudOps, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity teams. Alongside coaching others, you’ll stay open to learning about the energy domain and continuously improving your knowledge.

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and bring around three years of experience as a Data Engineer with strong Python development skills. You have a solid understanding of the AWS cloud platform and platform engineering principles that support scalable and resilient systems. Your background includes data architecture, deployment, and maintenance, along with experience in IT security, high availability, and support. You’re familiar with message brokers, microservice architectures, and data storage methods. Basic knowledge of OCPP, MQTT, and IoT devices is a strong plus. You apply software engineering principles like SOLID and clean code, and have worked with DevOps practices including CI/CD and orchestration tools such as ECS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in English help you collaborate effectively and explain complex ideas clearly.
