• Build & Deploy: Develop, test, and launch AI-driven applications using modern tech stacks.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• AI Integration: Embed generative AI models to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
• System Upkeep: Maintain and improve existing tools based on performance and user feedback.
• Documentation: Ensure clear, thorough documentation for all development work.
• Quality Control: Perform code reviews and testing to uphold reliability and standards.
• User Enablement: Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize tool adoption.
• Research & Innovation: Explore new technologies to keep solutions cutting-edge.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-6 years of software development experience.
• Skilled in full stack development or specialized or Python/Django and FastAPI.
• Experience with AI-based applications is a plus.
• Certifications in AI, ML, or data science are desirable.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and business integration skills.
• English language level min. B2.
