We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate for an Associate Principal – Pharma / Life sciences position to join a consulting team based in Warsaw, Poland.
The purpose of this role is to manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharma / life sciences field. The role will contribute to new business development, maintaining and strengthening the client base and also support the development of new offerings. The Associate Principal may also manage project teams where required. This is a hybrid role, Warsaw based with a regional scope.
Key accountabilities:
• Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client solutions.
• Leads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develops and costs associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction with limited, if any, senior management input.
• Manages the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity.
• Develops project plans with timelines and deliverables and leads projects to successful completion, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance.
• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
• Serves as the key point of contact with clients.
• Provides high-level input to, and ensures the development of, client reports and presentations and delivers all or significant portions of findings to clients.
• Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
• Provides follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, participation in conferences, symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing (also as a speaker).
• Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate the organization’s capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

Key requirements:
• Master's Degree or above in business, economics or healthcare
• 8–12 years of related experience in consulting, including pharma / life sciences
• Excellent project management, client influencing and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of healthcare data assets and consulting offerings
• Ability to work effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
• Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharma / life sciences industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
• Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques related to consulting project delivery
• Strong understanding of key issues and current developments in the pharma / life sciences industry, particularly in Poland
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
• Established professional network and referral contacts
• Proven subject matter expertise and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects across multiple competence areas
• Languages: Polish and English (mandatory)
