• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of core data to support migration activities, with Python as the primary tool for data management and analytics
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for mid- and senior leadership, tracking migration progress, KPIs, and customer impact
• Use continuous improvement and quality management practices to enhance the Customer Corridor (design, usability, efficiency, technical aspects), ensure users have access to the latest versions, align with customer-facing materials, and provide training content
• Manage tools and coordinate with external developers (Accenture, Bubble), collecting and providing feedback
• Create project knowledge base and translate project health into clear, digestible reports and presentations using Excel, Bubble, Power BI, and PowerPoint for leadership, sales, and other functions

• Proficient in Power BI (or different vizualization tools) and Python for data analysis and reporting
• Fluent in English (min. B2); additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic and creative approach to problem-solving
• Skilled in stakeholder communication across all organizational levels and cultures
• Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track progress
• Commercial background preferred (e.g., sales, pricing, customer experience)
• Project management experience is a plus
