About the company
Our client is a Danish company from the pharmaceutical industry, currently expanding its Business Center operations in Warsaw. As part of this transformation, new teams and structures are being built in a modern office on Inflancka Street. Operating across multiple European markets, the company offers a unique opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal moment of change and development.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior App Developer, you will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Integrate low-code solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, MDM)
  • Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and compliant with IT and industry standards
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate insights into impactful tools
  • Support agile delivery processes and contribute to release planning and documentation
  • Implement governance models and ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, and internal policies
  • Mentor and enable citizen developers across departments
  • Contribute to building a Center of Excellence for low-code development

What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in application development, including 3+ years in low-code environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system connectors
  • Experience working in agile teams and regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare) is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, structured, and quality-focused mindset
