Lead and manage the SAP team, driving both functional and technical development within the FI/CO area, and actively participate in migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
Supervise the work of SAP consultants, ABAP/BI developers, data analysts, and integration specialists.
Oversee the implementation of extensions in SAP BTP and integrations (API/Extensions, Integration Suite), as well as reporting in SAP SAC, ensuring alignment with FI/CO processes.
Manage the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design and documentation, configuration specifications, testing, deployment, and production support.
Foster team growth by planning training programs, certifications (FI/CO, S/4HANA, BTP, SAC), and career development initiatives.
Design and configure solutions in SAP FI/CO, including preparation of technical documentation.
Propose and implement technical solutions to streamline and automate SAP operations.
University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Management, or a related field.- nice to have
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, including at least 2 years in S/4HANA migration projects or leading migration teams.
Hands-on experience with ECC → S/4HANA migrations (brownfield), including data planning, end-to-end testing, and cutover activities.
Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and SAC architecture, and FI/CO integration with platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAC (dashboards, planning, data modeling).
Proficiency in ABAP/ABAP OO sufficient to support developers and create custom reports.
Solid understanding of IFRS and local reporting/audit requirements in the context of financial reporting in S/4HANA.
Business-level English proficiency, both spoken and written (min. B2 level)
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
