We are currently looking for a Transport Planner to join our regional Supply Chain team and take ownership of Transport Planning activities. The person in this role will play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery processes and effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sites, internal departments, and customers to guarantee that products are collected and dispatched on time and in full.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries from Customers, Customer Care, 3PL partners, and Production teams using the Supply Chain Cockpit processes.
  • Proactively coordinate bookings for domestic and international shipments, ensuring sufficient lead time for confirmation with end customers.
  • Manage system master data — including transit times and pallet calculations — to support all logistics operations and performance.
  • Update OTIF (On Time in Full) performance reports and support the implementation of corrective actions when needed.
  • Immediately communicate any delivery discrepancies and report potential service risks as soon as they are identified.
  • Ensure timely creation of delivery orders and communication with carriers in line with customer requirements and site expectations.
