Key Responsibilities:

Scientific Exchange & HCP Engagement
  • Provide accurate, balanced scientific information through individual meetings, presentations, and participation in scientific events.
  • Prepare and adapt scientific materials and respond to medical information requests.
  • Communicate clinical data clearly and ensure strong medical support for educational initiatives and congress activities.
Medical Strategy Execution
  • Identify and engage Medical Experts and institutional networks.
  • Contribute to defining local medical priorities in alignment with company strategy.
  • Support the development and implementation of the medical plan, collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Participate in expert group meetings, round tables, and Advisory Boards.
Clinical & RWE Study Support
  • Identify potential investigator-initiated or expert-driven research projects.
  • Support the rollout and follow-up of Company-sponsored clinical and observational studies.
  • Contribute to scientific outputs such as abstracts, posters, and publications.
  • Assist in coordinating local clinical and RWE activities as requested.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Internal Expertise
  • Provide scientific insights and field intelligence to internal teams.
  • Train and support the Sales team in product knowledge and scientific updates.
  • Participate in relevant scientific congresses and ensure timely reporting of adverse events in accordance with PV procedures.
  • Support the setup and monitoring of local medical projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and compliance.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance and compliance requirements.
  • Report any potential code-of-conduct issues through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree, Pharmacy degree, or Master’s in life sciences (biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an MSL, ideally in allergy immunotherapy (AIT), respiratory, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Strong scientific understanding; knowledge of immunology/allergology is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to critically interpret medical literature and communicate complex data clearly.
  • Native Polish speaker with fluent English.
  • Proactive, structured, analytical, and solution-oriented; strong team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and readiness to travel regularly across Poland.
