• Shape and optimize the overall compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and sustain a clear job architecture, including job families, levels, IPE evaluations and career paths to support organizational growth and transparency.
• Drive market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain competitiveness.
• Design and deliver comprehensive total rewards programs, covering incentives, benefits, annual salary reviews, and other compensation components.
• Guarantee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations across markets.
• Partner effectively with leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure alignment of reward strategies with company goals.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar Compensation & Benefits role.
• Hands-on experience in creating, executing, and monitoring incentive programs.
• High degree of proficiency in job grading using Mercer IPE.
• Proven track record in designing and managing total rewards strategies across multiple markets.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in HR analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of local and international compensation regulations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
