Order Management Specialist Spanish & English

Monitor the fulfilment of customer orders and take action when customer satisfaction is at risk.
For our client, a global leader in the chemical and advanced materials sector, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full order lifecycle — from order entry to final delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers
  • Support customers throughout the entire OTC process
  • Monitor the fulfillment of customer orders and take action when customer satisfaction is at risk
  • Communicate with Spanish‑speaking customers and internal teams
  • Represent customer interests by managing complaints and delivering professional, timely responses
  • Cooperate with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport)
  • Investigate and resolve order‑related issues and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure proper documentation and compliant document flow
  • Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in order management or related operational roles
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ERP system experience is a plus
