• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes in line with internal procedures.
• Source and attract candidates using diverse methods and channels.
• Recommend highly suitable candidates and maintain accurate records in JIRA and SmartRecruiters.
• Build and nurture candidate relationships and grow your IT network.
• Stay up to date with sourcing trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and B2B cooperation principles.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with labour law and B2B cooperation models.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience working with recruitment systems (e.g., JIRA, SmartRecruiters).
