Junior Data Analyst

WORK STARTS FROM JUNE 2026

Location: Poznań (city centre)

Working environment: hybrid, mon-fri 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00.

Contract type: temporary employment contract (Umowa o pracę tymczasową)

For our client, the worldwide leader in the FMCG sector, we're hiring a beginner data analyst. This position connects good data analytics skills with teamwork and great communications to help improve the company's processes and decision-making. The person in this position will prepare and deliver data analytics based on internal orders from the company's teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide data analytics based on internal orders from managers of different departments. Understand data requirements and deliver solutions to complete the assignments.
• Collect, process, and analyse datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Use Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Continuously monitor and improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required skills:
• Power BI, Excel and other Microsoft solutions.
• First experience working with datasets and multiple data sources.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills to partner with different internal branches of the company.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Full-time work in a hybrid environment, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00.
