Marketing & Communication Specialist

For our Client, an international manufacturer operating in the industrial sector, we are looking for a person to hold a Marketing & Communication Specialist position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shaping and executing the regional marketing and communication strategy for Poland and Ukraine, acting as a connector between local needs and regional/global marketing requirements
  • Ensuring consistent messaging, strong market visibility, and effective lead‑generation activities
  • Leading and coordinating end‑to‑end marketing communication projects and integrated campaigns
  • Aligning regional and local marketing activities and optimizing performance through KPI tracking
  • Developing local marketing initiatives to support business growth, customer acquisition, and sales enablement
  • Creating high‑quality technical content in Polish and, when needed, Ukrainian (digital and print)
  • Managing local websites, intranet pages, social media channels, SEO/SEM activities, and digital campaigns
  • Supporting marketing automation and CRM processes
  • Planning and executing trade fairs, seminars, webinars, customer workshops, and PR activities
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions
  • Managing marketing budgets and promotional materials

Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally in an international or B2B/technical environment
  • Fluency in English; Polish and/or Ukrainian is a strong advantage
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO/SEM, social media, marketing automation)
  • Excellent content creation skills, including technical messaging
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management
  • Analytical, data‑driven mindset with focus on performance optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a cross‑functional environment
