Key Technologies & Required Skills
Essential
- Strong functional expertise in the SAP SD module.
- Proven experience with SAP integrations, including IDoc and XML-based interfaces.

- Background in the SAP FI module.
Project Overview & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The NERP Specialist will take ownership of configuring, supporting, and delivering enhancements within NERP systems, primarily across the SD and FI domains. The position requires close cooperation with both Business and IT teams to ensure that enhancement requests coming from subsidiaries are accurately analyzed, translated, and implemented within the system.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and interpret business requirements related to new enhancements.
- Assess how requested changes impact existing NERP configurations and Hybris-related integrations.
- Design end‑to‑end solution flows, including interface definitions, to align with business expectations.
- Create clear documentation and maintain it within JIRA and Confluence.
- Provide support during testing phases for subsidiaries as well as Hybris teams.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve NERP issues arising during SIT, BVT, and warranty periods.
