The company is seeking a Sales Director to take responsibility for the company’s commercial strategy and performance. The successful candidate will lead the commercial, marketing and business development agenda, with full accountability for revenues and gross margin.
The role involves active participation in the preparation and execution of the company’s strategic and industrial plans as well as the annual budget, with a strong emphasis on commercial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and margin development across the company’s product portfolio by expanding the customer base and entering new, profitable market segments. The position also includes identifying and developing new investment opportunities, while providing strategic direction to the commercial and investment functions through market analysis, identification of new channels and segments, product development and a focus on high-margin niches.
This role will suit an ambitious, commercially minded leader with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach, who is motivated by growth, responsibility and long-term impact. The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior-level experience in commercial management or business development within the energy sector. A demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, building effective sales organisations and developing new business lines is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required.
