We are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Spanish for one of our clients in the industrial sector. The role is based in Dąbrowa Górnicza and performed in a hybrid model – approximately 2–3 days per week in the office (up to 10 days per month).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers, managing daily communication and providing proactive support.
- Handle customer inquiries, ensure smooth order flow, and coordinate responses with internal teams.
- Track orders in SAP, ensure accuracy, prioritize urgent cases, and manage deviations.
- Monitor stock levels, oversee deliveries, and resolve production or order anomalies (surpluses, tolerance issues, old stock, order closure).
- Work closely with supply chain, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer credit limits, support dispute resolution, and escalate risks when needed.
- Set up service alerts, review the order book, and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Spanish (B2 or C1) and English (min B1).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach.
- Proactive attitude, agility in decision‑making, and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master’s degree (preferably in logistics, sales, or a related field).
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or order management (preferred).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
